Phase 2
In-Person Workshop - 2 Days in Minas Gerais.
DAY 1 – Future Thinking & Trends Exploration of signals of change, emerging trends, and strategic foresight, using AI and visual frameworks to develop an applicable future vision. 🔹 DAY 2 – Scenario Building & Application: Creation of future scenarios, mapping of strategic uncertainties, and application of new ways of working to drive digital transformation.

1-hour individual coaching session🔹 Final 3-hour online session – Presentation, sharing of learnings, and feedback
